Workflow update

Started at Nuro in October 2025 as a Software Engineer.

Biggest shift: I’m basically running a small fleet of chat agents. Most days I have ~12 Claude/Codex sessions in tmux, each on its own git worktree. I also write skills so the models behave more consistently. Without that, they drift between versions and even between sessions.

Multitasking got a lot better. I can take on more work, and I still like poking at new AI tools. On the other hand, nothing really got harder. The tools just make new stuff easier to pick up.
